2 cups 13 Foods Kabuli! Chickpeas*
2 medium avocados
3-4 roasted garlic cloves, mashed
¼ cup warm water
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp tahini
1/2 Tsp ground cumin
¼ Tsp salt to taste
4 tbsp oil
sliced bread loaf
*Cook according to package directions.
Place all ingredients into blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth and creamy. If the texture is too thick, add additional olive oil and blend.
