BBQ sauce, pulled pork, and beans stuffed into one bowl. This bowl full of goodness will take you from your lunch break to your favorite Tex-Mex restaurant!

Serves 1-2


¼ cup 13 Foods Tortuga! Black Beans*
¼ cup 13 Foods Rojo! Red Beans*
¼ cup prep-cooked pulled pork
½ -1 cup white rice, cooked
4 Tbsp sweet bell peppers, diced
4 Tbsp tomatoes, diced
4 Tbsp Pico de Gallo
3 Tbsp red onion, diced
3 Tbsp green chilis
BBQ sauce of choice
Cheese of choice
1 Tbsp cilantro
1 slice of lime juice


  • Cook or reheat pulled pork and rice.
  • Place cooked white rice on the bottom of bowl.
  • Layer Tortuga! Black Beans, Rojo! Red Beans, pulled pork, bell pepper, tomato, red onion, Pico de Gallo, and green chilis on top of rice.
  • Drizzle and sprinkle BBQ sauce, cheese, cilantro, and lime juice over bowl. Enjoy!
