Ingredients

½ cup Pardina! Lentils *
1 cup kale
1 cup pineapple, cubbed
1 tablespoon coconut oil
½ – 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
1/2 cup water

Preparation

  • Place all ingredients into blender and pulse/blend until smooth.
  • Pour into your favorite cup. Enjoy!
