This nutrition filled bowl uses simple whole foods to complete your meal’s nutrition. These classic whole-foods’ flavors have a pop of Southwest in every bite.

Ingredients

¼ cup 13 Foods Tortuga! Black Beans*
¼ cup 13 Foods Kabuli! Chickpeas* – Spicy Toasted Chickpeas
¼ cup prep-cooked chicken, chopped
½ -1 cup brown rice, cooked
4 Tbsp corn
4 Tbsp tomatoes, diced
4 Tbsp Pico de Gallo
3 Tbsp red onion, diced
Dressing of choice
Cheese of choice
1 Tbsp cilantro
1 slice of lime juice

Preparation

  • Cook or reheat chicken and rice.
  • Place cooked brown rice on the bottom of bowl.
  • Layer Tortuga! Black Beans, Spicy Toasted Chickpeas, chicken, corn, tomato, red onion, and Pico de Gallo on top of rice.
  • Drizzle and sprinkle dressing, cheese, cilantro, and lime juice over bowl. Enjoy!
