This simply, healthy smoothie is sweet and filling to begin your day. It’s an easy peasy recipe to whip up in your blender each morning.

Serves 1-2


½ cup Kabuli! Chickpeas *
½ cup frozen fruit blend
1 tablespoon coconut oil
½ – 1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ – 1 tablespoon sweetener (honey or agave)
1 cup water


  • Place all ingredients into blender and pulse/blend until smooth.
  • Pour into your favorite cup. Enjoy!
