This salad is so light and flavor that makes a delicious side pairing to any summer’s meal. It beats all those store-bought salads any day, in the matter of minutes!


Serves 6


1 cup 13 Foods Kabuli! Chickpeas*
1 cup 13 Foods Rojo! Red Beans*
1 cup green beans, cooked
¼ cup red onion, sliced
3 celery stalks, chopped
½ cup parsley, chopped
1 tbsp. rosemary, chopped
¼ cup apple cider
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
¼ cup sugar
3 tbsp. oil
Pinch of Salt & Pepper


  1. In a small bowl, combine apple cider vinegar, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, and oil. Whisk together and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chickpeas, red beans, green beans, red onion, celery, parsley, and rosemary.
  3. Pour the vinaigrette into large bowl. Toss all ingredients together.
  4. Let beans and vegetables sit in dressing for a couple minutes or until ready to serve. Enjoy!

*Cook according to package directions.
