This quick 20-minute Margherita sauce made with nine simply, fresh ingredients will have you begging for more! 

Serves 4


1 cup Kabuli! Chickpeas*
1 tbsp butter or olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1-2 cups cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
½ cup goat cheese
pinch salt & pepper
spaghetti noodles, cooked desired amount


Begin to cook spaghetti noodles with package instructions.

Sautee, with butter/oil, chopped onion, and garlic until translucent.

Add whole cherry tomatoes, chopped basil, salt, and pepper to cooked onion sauce pan. Let the tomatoes cook for five minutes. Add a spoonful of bowling noodle water to sauce pan. Let boil for another five minutes or until tomatoes are completed cooked.

Prep Kabuli! Chickpeas with the instruction on the packaging.

Add Kabuli! Chickpeas and goat cheese to the sauce. Let the cheese melt until sauce is creamy.
