These rich and fudge truffles is the perfect treat to stop your chocolate cravings. This sweetly, healthy recipe was made for you! Plus, no one will ever guess that they have beans in them!

Ingredients

Filling
1 1/2 cups 13 Foods Tortuga! Black Beans*
2 tbsp coconut oil
3 tbsp agave, to taste
½ tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp chocolate fudge pudding powder
5 tbsp cocoa powder

Chocolate Coating
12 oz bag milk chocolate chips
1 tbsp shortening

Preparation

  • In your food processor, add our flavorful black beans and melted coconut oil. Blend until smooth.
  • Add agave, vanilla extract, pudding powder, and cocoa powder to black bean mixture. Blend until mixture looks like cookie dough.
  • Use a tablespoon scoop, scoop out the dough and roll to form a ball. Place on baking sheet with parchment paper. Chill in freezer for 20 minutes.
  • Melt chocolate chips and shortening per package. Dip each dough ball into chocolate coating and place onto baking sheet to set; sprinkle of desire.
  • Store in freezer.
