These cookies are so delicious and packed with nutrients that you’ll fall in love with them with the first bite!

Serves 12


1 ½ cup Kabuli! Chickpeas*
¾ cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup honey or agave
1 tbsp water
3 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
1/2 cup chocolate chips


  • Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor. Puree mixture until smooth.
  • Scoop mixture into a bowl and fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Scoop ½ inch balls onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Use a fork to flatten cookie.
  • Bake for 12 minutes.
